The Yoga Transition is your doorway into the best home practice yoga experience.
These classes and courses have been put together by some of the best teachers in New Zealand, from our beautiful studio Yoga Ground, Wanaka.
Our Flourish Membership offers a range of video and audio practices. New classes added often.

Asana classes
For the asana classes, if you're new to The Yoga Transition or new to yoga you may want to start with the videos. Otherwise we highly recommend our audio practices. Yoga asana is a personal, intimate practice. Be led by crystal clear cues that enable you to close your eyes, direct your attention inwards. No more having to lift your head in down dog to look at the screen. Practicing in this way will enable you to develop a more subtle, more internal awareness of how your body, breath and attention are moving. A clear path to developing and refining your practice.
Moduler courses
Also available in this membership are courses delivered in a moduler structure. Each session is delivered weekly to allow you to develop a skillfulness within the different aspects of the practice.

Moduler courses
These courses are delivered to you one module at a time. They are each designed to help you develop certain skills and levels of practice, providing content fresh each week for you to dive into. The Beginner's Yoga course is suitable for beginners and also for those that want to refresh the basics, to feel confident in the foundational yoga principles. The Meditation Course is for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
The iRest course is a restorative and deeply nourishing practice, suitable for all who need to unwind and release unneeded emotional patterns. The Healthy Breathing sessions are also for everyone; having therapeutic benefits for those with poor breathing habits as well as developmental for those wanting to explore how better breathing can lead to a greater flourishing of well being.
