Asana classes
For the asana classes, if you're new to The Yoga Transition or new to yoga you may want to start with the videos. Otherwise we highly recommend our audio practices. Yoga asana is a personal, intimate practice. Be led by crystal clear cues that enable you to close your eyes, direct your attention inwards. No more having to lift your head in down dog to look at the screen. Practicing in this way will enable you to develop a more subtle, more internal awareness of how your body, breath and attention are moving. A clear path to developing and refining your practice.
Moduler courses
Also available in this membership are courses delivered in a moduler structure. Each session is delivered weekly to allow you to develop a skillfulness within the different aspects of the practice.
