Welcome to The Yoga Transition community

We offer a complete range of yoga, meditation, relaxation and breathing courses for you to practice at home under the cruise of your own schedule.
Yoga is such a transformative practice when practiced intelligently and with subtlety. Entering the stream is an old Buddhist adage attesting to one's dedication to live their life with awareness. We look forward to walking with you on this path of change and exploration. It is indeed lovely to have you join us.

From one-off themed asana classes to modular courses on meditation, relaxation and breathing health. There is also the option to rent one-off classes. These have been prepared by Susan Allen and some of the most trusted and experienced teachers in New Zealand.
